KINGLIFEINVESTORS LLC is committed to ensuring that every piece of content on this Site is legal, consensual, and features only adults. This policy explains our standards and how anyone — performers, people who believe they are depicted, or members of the public — can request review or removal of content.
1. Our Standards
1.1. Adults only. Every person depicted in sexually explicit content on the Site was 18 years of age or older at the time of production. Before any production we verify each performer's age and identity using valid government-issued photo identification and maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (see our 2257 Compliance Statement).
1.2. Documented consent. Every person depicted has provided written consent to be filmed and to the publication and distribution of the content on the Site. Content is produced with professional adult performers under written agreements. [Describe practices only if accurate, e.g. consent forms signed before each shoot; performers informed of where content will be published.]
1.3. Content review. All content is reviewed by KINGLIFEINVESTORS LLC before publication to confirm it complies with this policy, our Terms and applicable law.
1.4. Zero tolerance. We have zero tolerance for, and will never knowingly publish:
- any content involving, depicting or suggesting minors (including role-play, costumes, settings or titles/tags implying anyone is under 18);
- non-consensual content of any kind, including hidden-camera, "revenge porn"/intimate images shared without consent, or depictions of real or simulated rape, coercion or sexual activity with incapacitated, intoxicated or sleeping persons;
- content involving human trafficking or sexual exploitation;
- incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or extreme violence;
- deepfakes or any synthetic or manipulated content depicting a real person without their consent;
- any other content that is illegal or violates card network rules.
1.5. Reporting to authorities. Any suspected child sexual abuse material will be immediately removed, preserved as required by law, and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. Any suspected trafficking or non-consensual content will be removed and may be reported to law enforcement.
2. Who Can Request Review or Removal
- Performers / persons depicted: Any person who appears in content on the Site may request review or removal of that content, including if they believe they did not consent, that their consent was obtained improperly, or that they wish to withdraw consent going forward.
- Anyone who believes content is illegal or abusive: including content they believe depicts a minor, non-consensual activity, or a person without their consent.
- Copyright owners: please use our DMCA / Copyright Policy instead.
3. How to Submit a Request
Contact us at [CONTENT REMOVAL EMAIL or SUPPORT EMAIL] [or via the form at [REMOVAL REQUEST FORM URL]] with the subject "Content Removal Request" and include, where possible:
- The URL(s) or title(s) of the content.
- The reason for your request (e.g. "I appear in this video and did not consent", "I wish to withdraw consent", "I believe a person depicted is under 18").
- Your contact information so we can follow up.
- If you are a person depicted: information to help us confirm your identity (we will tell you what is needed; we will never publish it and will handle it confidentially). You do not need to prove anything to report suspected illegal content.
Reports can be made anonymously where you are reporting content you believe involves a minor or non-consensual activity, although contact details help us investigate.
4. What We Do
| Request type | Our action |
|---|---|
| Suspected minor, trafficking or CSAM | Content is disabled immediately upon receipt pending investigation; reported to NCMEC/law enforcement as required. |
| Claim that a depicted person did not consent (or consent was invalid) | Content is promptly disabled pending review. We review our consent and 2257 records. If consent cannot be confirmed, the content is permanently removed. |
| Performer requests removal / withdrawal of consent | We review the request and our agreement with the performer and will [remove the content / work with the performer in good faith to resolve the request] within [X] business days. [Operator: card network rules (e.g. Mastercard) require that depicted persons be able to appeal and have content removed; confirm with your attorney and processor how withdrawal requests interact with your performer contracts.] |
| Other reports of policy violations | Reviewed and acted on as appropriate. |
We acknowledge all requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 7 business days. We will inform the requester of the outcome. If content is removed, we will also make reasonable efforts to remove it from our promotional channels and request removal from affiliates or partners under our control.
5. Appeals
If you disagree with our decision, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or writing to billing@fuckingpornstars.net with the subject "Appeal – Content Removal". Appeals are reviewed by a different person from the original reviewer where possible. In the event of a dispute about consent that cannot be resolved, the dispute will be referred to a neutral body [specify, e.g. an independent arbitrator or mediator] for resolution, and the content will remain disabled while the dispute is pending.
6. Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation
All requests are handled confidentially. We do not retaliate against any performer or person who makes a request in good faith.
