This policy forms part of our Terms of Service. All payments for FuckingPornstars are processed by our authorized payment processor, CCBill, LLC ("CCBill"), which appears on your card or bank statement (e.g. "CCBill.com[SITE DESCRIPTOR]"*).
1. Cancelling a Subscription
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the recurring price shown at sign-up until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, using any of these options:
- Online via CCBill: go to https://support.ccbill.com, look up your purchase (using your email address, or the subscription ID / card details from your receipt), and select cancel.
- CCBill Customer Support: by phone, email or live chat as listed at https://support.ccbill.com and on the email receipt CCBill sent you.
- Through us: email billing@fuckingpornstars.net with your username and the email used at purchase [or use the cancel option on your account page at [ACCOUNT CANCELLATION URL]]. We will submit the cancellation to CCBill for you.
Effect of cancellation:
- No further recurring charges will be made.
- You keep access until the end of the billing period already paid for.
- You will receive a cancellation confirmation from CCBill by email. If you do not receive one within 24 hours, contact CCBill or us.
- Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. [Optional: Free trials / discounted trial periods must be cancelled before the trial ends to avoid conversion to the recurring rate.]
2. Refunds
Because our content is digital and access is provided immediately upon payment, charges are generally non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods or for unwatched content. However, we will issue a refund in the following situations:

Other requests (e.g. "changed my mind") may be considered at our sole discretion as a courtesy. [Optional goodwill window: e.g. "requests made within [X] hours of a first-time purchase, with minimal usage, may be granted once per customer."]
How refunds are processed: Approved refunds are issued by CCBill to the original payment method. Refunded subscriptions are cancelled and access ends immediately. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days (sometimes longer) to appear on your statement.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@fuckingpornstars.net (subject "Refund Request") or contact CCBill at https://support.ccbill.com, including:
- the email address used for the purchase and your username;
- the date and amount of the charge;
- the CCBill subscription or transaction ID (shown on your CCBill receipt) or the last 4 digits of the card;
- the reason for the request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve refund requests within 7 business days, in line with our Complaints Policy.
4. Unrecognized Charges and Chargebacks
If you see a CCBill charge you don't recognize, check https://support.ccbill.com to look up the transaction, or contact us. Many "unrecognized" charges are legitimate purchases shown under the CCBill descriptor.
Please contact us or CCBill before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve the issue faster. When a chargeback is filed, the related account will be suspended while the dispute is pending. Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be permanently closed and the payment details blocked from future purchases.
