These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you ("you", "User", "Member") and KINGLIFEINVESTORS LLC, a company organized under the laws of New Mexico, United States, with its principal place of business at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("we", "us", "our"). They govern your access to and use of fuckingpornstars.net and all related services, content and features (the "Site").
THE SITE CONTAINS SEXUALLY EXPLICIT MATERIAL INTENDED ONLY FOR ADULTS. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE SITE.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, DMCA / Copyright Policy, Content Removal & Consent Policy, Complaints Policy and 18 U.S.C. 2257 Compliance Statement.
1. Eligibility – Adults Only (18+)
1.1. You may use the Site only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction from which you access the Site (21 in some jurisdictions), whichever is higher.
1.2. You represent and warrant that:
- viewing, downloading or purchasing sexually explicit material is legal in your community and jurisdiction;
- you are voluntarily choosing to access such material for your own personal use;
- you will not expose any minor, or any person who has not consented, to the content of the Site;
- you are not accessing the Site from a location where doing so is prohibited by law.
1.3. We may require you to complete an age verification or age assurance process, including through a third-party provider, before granting access to the Site or certain content, where required by applicable law or at our discretion. Failure to complete verification may result in denial of access.
1.4. We may suspend or terminate any account where we reasonably believe the User is under 18 or has provided false information.
2. Accounts
2.1. To access paid content you must create an account and provide accurate, current and complete information. You must keep this information up to date.
2.2. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at billing@fuckingpornstars.net of any unauthorized use.
2.3. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, rent or allow others to use your account or credentials. Simultaneous logins from multiple locations, credential sharing, or other abnormal usage patterns may result in suspension or termination without refund.
2.4. You may not create an account using automated means, false identities, or on behalf of another person.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- download, record, screen-capture, rip, copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, broadcast, stream, upload, sell, sublicense or otherwise redistribute any content from the Site, except as expressly allowed by a download feature we provide for personal use (if any);
- use any software, bot, scraper, crawler, downloader, browser extension or other tool to access, extract or archive content;
- circumvent, disable or interfere with any digital rights management, watermark, access control, paywall, geo-restriction or security feature;
- remove or alter any copyright notice, watermark or proprietary label;
- use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or upload, post or transmit any material that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that infringes the rights of others;
- harass, stalk, threaten, dox, or attempt to contact performers outside of channels we provide, or attempt to identify the real identity or location of any performer;
- post or request any content depicting or suggesting minors, non-consensual activity, or any other content prohibited by our Content Removal & Consent Policy;
- use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, or engage in fraudulent chargebacks;
- interfere with the operation of the Site, introduce malware, or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Subscriptions
4.1. Plans. We offer recurring membership subscriptions ("Subscriptions") that give access to the members' area of the Site for the duration of the billing period. Plan prices, billing periods and included content are displayed on the join page at the time of purchase.
4.2. Third-party billing (CCBill). All payments are processed by our authorized third-party payment processor, CCBill, LLC ("CCBill"). CCBill is the merchant of record for your transaction. Your purchase is also subject to CCBill's terms and privacy policy. The charge will appear on your card or bank statement under a CCBill descriptor (for example, "CCBill.com[SITE DESCRIPTOR]"), not under the name FuckingPornstars.* We do not receive or store your full card number.
4.3. Automatic renewal. UNLESS YOU CANCEL, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW AT THE END OF EACH BILLING PERIOD AND YOUR PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE CHARGED THE THEN-CURRENT RECURRING PRICE DISCLOSED AT SIGN-UP until you cancel. Trial or promotional offers, if any, will convert to a paid recurring Subscription at the price disclosed at sign-up unless cancelled before the trial ends. We will provide any renewal reminders or notices required by applicable law.
4.4. How to cancel. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period:
- through CCBill's consumer support site at https://support.ccbill.com (look up your transaction using your email address or the details on your receipt); or
- by contacting CCBill customer support by phone or email as shown on your CCBill receipt and at https://support.ccbill.com; or
- by contacting us at billing@fuckingpornstars.net [or via your account page at [ACCOUNT CANCELLATION URL]], and we will request cancellation through CCBill on your behalf.
After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of the period already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancellation does not by itself entitle you to a refund for the current period (see Section 6).
4.5. Price changes. We may change Subscription prices. Price changes for existing Subscriptions take effect only at the start of a subsequent billing period and after notice to you as required by law. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
4.6. Content changes. We regularly add and may remove content. A Subscription grants access to the content available in the members' area at any given time; it does not guarantee that any particular video will remain available.
5. Pay-Per-Video Purchases
5.1. We may offer individual videos for purchase ("Pay-Per-Video" or "PPV"). Prices are shown before checkout. PPV payments are also processed by CCBill.
5.2. License, not sale. A PPV purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to stream [and, where a download button is provided, download] the purchased video solely for your private, non-commercial viewing. You do not acquire ownership of any content or any intellectual property rights.
5.3. Availability. Purchased videos will remain available to you for [AVAILABILITY PERIOD, e.g. "as long as your account remains active and the Site is operating" / "X days"]. Content may become unavailable if (a) the Site ceases operation, (b) the content must be removed for legal reasons, a valid consent withdrawal, or a valid copyright claim, or (c) your account is terminated for breach of these Terms. Where a purchased video is removed for reasons (a) or (b), [REMEDY, e.g. "we will, at our option, offer a replacement title or a pro-rata credit/refund"].
5.4. You may not resell, share, publicly perform, or redistribute any purchased video, and you may not remove any watermark or identifying mark.
6. Refunds
Because digital content is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us at billing@fuckingpornstars.net or CCBill at https://support.ccbill.com before initiating a chargeback, so we can resolve the issue quickly. Accounts associated with chargebacks may be suspended while the dispute is pending, and accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be terminated.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1. All content on the Site — including videos, images, text, graphics, logos, trademarks and software — is owned by or licensed to KINGLIFEINVESTORS LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark and other laws.
7.2. Except for the limited license described in Sections 4 and 5, no rights are granted to you. Unauthorized use or redistribution of content may result in civil and criminal liability, and we actively pursue piracy, including through DMCA notices and legal action.
7.3. Content may contain visible or invisible watermarks or other identifiers that allow us to trace unauthorized distribution to the originating account.
8. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to notices of alleged infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. See our DMCA / Copyright Policy for how to submit a notice or counter-notice. 9. Content Standards, Consent and Removal
All performers appearing in content on the Site were at least 18 years old at the time of production. Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 are maintained as described in our 2257 Compliance Statement. We have zero tolerance for any content involving minors or non-consensual activity. Any person depicted in content may request review or removal under our Content Removal & Consent Policy.
10. User Communications and Submissions
If the Site allows comments, messages or other submissions, you are solely responsible for them, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display and moderate them as needed to operate the Site. We may remove any submission at our discretion. You must not submit any sexually explicit material of yourself or others unless the Site expressly provides that feature and you comply with all related requirements.
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, applicable law, or that your use poses a risk to us, performers, other Users or third parties. Termination for breach does not entitle you to a refund, except where required by law. You may close your account at any time by cancelling any active Subscription and contacting billing@fuckingpornstars.net. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 3, 5.2, 5.4, 7, 12–16) will survive.
12. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KINGLIFEINVESTORS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US (VIA CCBILL) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITATIONS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KINGLIFEINVESTORS LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your misuse of the Site or its content.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING LAW STATE] and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
15.2. Subject to Section 15.3, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [VENUE COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Material changes to pricing apply only as described in Section 4.5.
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies referenced form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Language. The English version of these Terms controls.
